In April 2022, I joined the Homeward Bound network as part of the 7th cohort of leaders, passing a highly selective recruitment process (see online profile). For 1 year, I received leadership training and coaching by world-class experts. During sessions, I exchanged with the other participants, and reflected on my own leadership practice through discussions and the use of Human Synergistics’ LSI 1 & 2 tools.
